    Engaged

Proposed to my childhood sweetie last night in a tux with the ring tucked into a rose. I replaced the head and diamond (mom wanted it) with a sapphire (her fav stone and color). The ring was my great great grandmother's (came over to the US via Ellis Island), then great aunt, then grandmother, then my mothers.

    Congratulations!
There could not be a sweeter reason to take jewelry macro shots.

Hey, congratulations!! Also, nice shots of the ring. I assume they were taken before the proposal. Doubt she'd let if off her finger now.

Congrats, congrats, and more congrats. Thanks for sharing a most wonderful moment with the gang on TDP.

I am thinking we should all crash the wedding and do the paparazzi thing with all the flashes going off, several doing videos, etc. Just imagine the spectacle and dazzling highlights of 500 speedlights going off within a few milliseconds of each other!!

Chase you down the highway.... getting carried away sorry....
