Setting Manual Focal Points for Canon 5D Mark II

    Hi
I have canon 5D Mark II and usually I use Auto Focus to take pictures and I see that the camera selects three or four points that it wants to focus.
But when I try to manually select , the camera gives me option to select only one point, is there any option in the camera to select multiple points?
    Thanks in Advance

The camera can only focus at one distance. With auto point selection, it's picking the point under which there is the closest subject to the camera, then it lights up other point(s) that are over subjects at the same distance. When you manually select, you pick the one point. I prefer to make that decision, not leave it to the camera - often, my chosen subject is not the closest thing to the camera.
