Where should I print my photos?

Hi! I have in the past used Walgreens and other similar photo printing services. I am wondering if anyone knows of a good internet service that prints photos relatively inexpensively at good quality. I live in the north suburbs of Chicago (Highland Park) so if there is a local photo printer that someone knows about I would be interested in that recommendation also. It is not that I am dissatisfied with Walgreens and equivalent printing quality, but I am interested in an upgrade in quality for some gift pictures I need to print.

I print my own 8.5x11, on a hp photosmart d7360 ( 6 ink printer ), and very happy with the quality, the ink is expensive, printer is cheap little more than $100, with paper about $2 / page, but still cheaper than walgreens or internet places. you did not say which size, but small prints are cheaper at walgeens-walmart type places.
