This article is a retraction with regards to false information that was provided last week.
DSLR's are not banned in public in Kuwait.

I just did. First time I checked the link, there was only the original article withoutany retraction.
It still was an interesting read [] And to be honest, I'm not a big fan of some street-photographers myself. It is for a reason that I take pictures and I'm not the one beying photographed [:P]
Plus I'm pretty sure that in a lot of non-kuwait places (swimmingpool, beach, malls) it isn't allowed either. By law or not...
