Pictures from Europe

Hey everybody....


I just got back from my family's trip to Europe last week, and after a few days of not looking at any of the pictures, I went through a few this morning. Here are some shots from my cousin's farm in Latvia, in the eastern province of Latgale.


My cousin let me use his 100-400 L that he typically uses when he shoots competition water skiing. Nice cousin![]


All shot with my 40D and my cousin's 100-400 L.


I'm going to tweak these a bit when I have time - like proper white balance and maybe some fill light for these. The light at this farm was great. Really warm light, with the tall grass adding to the "look" to these shots. I've been told that these sort of look like frames cut out of a movie... []

Amazing series, the lightning just warmed me up completely! They indeed look from out of a movie.


Latvia is lovely, hope you had a great time.
