If it were made by a photographer it would probably be a "good"submission for the World Press Photo...
Sometimes you capture things with your camera that you had not intended to do. Sometimes for the good, sometimes not so good. At my last photoshoot at a Ice Figureskating competition I captured a so called nipple slip... Normally I give my photos away for free and at a fairly large size. However this one got photoshopped before doing that...thanksa lot content aware fill [A]

This is a really sad story for the family left by the councilman and my fellow countryman. I remembered reading in the news that the councilman shot first but his camera was no match for the gunman
