Flash Experiment with Pop-up Flash
I am reading about flash photography and have learned a couple of nice things about it. So I had to try this flash bouncing thing but I don't have a speedlite yet or any external flash. I had only the built-in pop-up flash from the Rebel XS. Oh well, I had to find some way and thought of building a simple rectangular pipe with some reflective lining inside so I can catch all the flash and direct it to a white surface, like a white board. and somehow achieve a bounced flash effect.
I fired a few shots and there were some spilled light from the pipe and so I flagged it with a black cardboard and after that it seemed to work out fine.
So here's one of the photos I manage to say that looks great:

External speedlite or Built-in pop-up flash? I really do need to get a speedlite soon.
Cheers!
