    Awesome shot, I wish we had such wildlife in New Zealand. I love the highlights on the fish, I found the background slightly too bright, and what if you cropped in on the image slightly (maybe a square format). Just some thoughts, you really did capture the bird in nice light

    Yeah I like the tigher crop much better you could also try sneaking up a little closer while the 70-200mm is a wicked lens, it does lack some zoom for really far shots. I wish I could get that lens aswell, but my gear bag is already filling up at an alarming rate....

    Sometimes it takes both a longer lens patience. This one is uncropped, and was shot after about 10 minutes of sneaking closer and closer...

    Great shot Fastglass! the natural backlit fins make this photo stand out!
