I shot this the other day and didn't notice what distracted the lions attention until I got home and saw the higher rez shot... scroll to the right to see.

Scroll to the right? I cannot scroll; did the picture get cropped when uploading it?

Re: king & bee
I believe it crops to 800 pixels. You might want to post a full version of the image (reduced to an 800 pixel width) and then include a 100X% crop of the specific region you want to draw our attention to.

Re: king & bee
David - Good catch. Try re-sizing the pic to 800px wide to prevent the forum software from cropping the right side.
Otherwise, right click on the image and select "Save Picture As" (or the variation available on your browser). The complete image can be downloaded for off-line viewing at the full size.

Very cool shot, it looks like you staged it[]
I got a pretty good one of a male lion yawning at the Atlanta zoo a few years ago. It was kind of scary with the teeth and only being about 15 feet away. I was using a P&S and had too much contrast with the background in direct sunlight. The overall frame isn't that good, but I will try to dig it up and see if I can get it posted. Thanks for sharing.
