All those types of ads, which are preying on people who "must know the secret", are most likely trying to harvest personal information from the most gullible (ie: if you've clicked on such an ad, you'll likely fall for our next trick.)
For sure. Definitely.
It is just so widely distributed. The spammers or scammers who work to get their link out on the web have done an incredible job. It is hard to search for anything photography related w/o running into it.
