the new firmware is her, and from what I've read, a day early. found it on DPReview, and have already downloaded and installed it. Gives full manual control of camera settings during video. Played around just very, and I do mean very briefly. Took a short video(the very first one if you can believe that!!!) with my 24-105 attached. ISO 6400, aperture set to f4 and the lowest shutter I could use was 1/30,. But with the IS on the 24-105, it looked totally fantastic!!! Now all I need is someone to give me some idea of what software to use for editing movies?? cause I have no idea!! I have a PC running Vista.
