<p class="MsoNormal"]Hello, I have a problem with my 17 – 85mm lens. The lens
work normally if used from 35mm to 85mm. But the moment you zoom out below 35mm
and press shutter, the camera will tell me error 01 and I have to turn the
camera off to make it work again. It says that it need cleaning, so I went and
had the lens and camera cleaned in local shop but it didn’t solve the problem.
Does anybody know what else can be done? Or do I have to send it to canon and
if so does anybody knows the UK canon repair centre address and have any experience
with them? Just to say that the camera works with my other lenses without any
problems.
