    how did i do

    I was asked to take some pics for a taxidermy catalog last week. i think this one came out quite nice . what do you guys think ?

    Yes, indeed. Now, straight on flash is not my favorite... You should try to move the flash off camera. Even just a few tens of centimeters gives much better results.

    Yes I agree... the direct flash is rather harsh. I'd suggest a softbox, or some kind of diffuser to get rid of the shadows and generally provide a warmer feel to the lighting.
