    Fun Cameras

I for one am looking forward to the new waterproof Canon D10.

I don't have a point shoot, so I'm jumping on this.

I'm in Florida so I think this will be a blast.

Do you mean G10? I was looking at point-and-shoots for a friend and saw the new Powershot SX1 IS. Pretty cool. First with a CMOS sensor gives it 4 fps. Has 20x zoom, full 1080 HD, IS....expensive though at 600 bucks.

Cool, my mistake. Looks like fun as long as you have enough light underwater. My understanding from my brother who SCUBA dives is that the on camera flashes give a lot of reflections off floaties in the water.

Yeah, I figured as much. Even the pics canon has posted for it has the glowing floaties. I mostly want if for taking pics from the water of water or beach activities and partially submerged stuff too. I'll try some stuff under too. I want it mostly just to goof off with and hopefully catch a keeper here and there.

Storm pics will be fun down here (FL) too.
