    Eaten alive! (macro movies)

Here is a movie I took of a ladybug larva (I think) eating another bug. I used the 5D II and a canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens. It isn't the greatest, but it sort of demonstrates the potential of macro movies with the 5DII.

Be sure to watch in HD... better yet, in HD and full screen.

Has anyone else taken macro movies with the 5D II?

Very nice, I hope to start doing this once I scrap together enough for a 5D II. In time.

Not yet, but I'm hoping to.

    Thanks, Dann.

The movie has all kinds of problems (wind shaking the flower around, gunk on the flower, etc, etc), but I like it anyway 'cause it is so gruesome. And it makes me want to see what those more skilled than I can come up with.
