Gimbal camera lens combination query

Hi Looking into buying a three axle gimbal Zhiyun Crane and have an A7s camera with metabone IV convertor for EF series. Will i have to buy a Sony lens as the combination of my Tokina 11 to 16mm 2.8 with the metabones is too heavy. And if I do need to get a Sony e mount lens are there recommendations? Thank you for any advice Peter

I think a great choice would be the Zeiss Batis 18mm f/2.8 Lens for Sony E Mount. The Tokina doesn't even cover the full-frame sensor until roughly 16mm, so you wouldn't be getting a significantly narrower angle of view using an 18mm (full frame compatible) lens

Hi Sean thanks for the tip I had a quick look very nice lens a bit out of my price range at the moment I was hoping for something closer to £400 rather than a £1000 plus Ill keep looking and try get a response from Zhiyun as well. Cheers Peter
