Canon 5D Mark III - White Vertical line on f22 image test!

Out of the box, took a photograph of the sky at f22, interestingly I get this white line down the right side of the screen?
Not sure what to make of it:
Bad sensor/light leak?

Your sensor appears dirty, I can see a few spots that you didn't mention. Maybe the line is from some kind of residue left over from manufacture? Also, why are you getting what appears to be mechanical vignette on the left side but not on the right?

Also do your check without any filters or polarizer so you know that it is not causing the aberration.

If it were mine I would clean the sensor and then check it. If it didn't go away I would assume it was a bad sensor or light leak, it doesn't matter which, and send it back. If you are not comfortable cleaning the sensor, just send it back.
