I thought I would post some JV Football with the 300mm lens, as opposed to the 70-200mm Varsity football that I posted last time. It certainly gives a different perspective, with a more blurred background and with less distraction of the players on the sideline, partially due to the 300mm lens at f/2.8 and partially due to the positioning on the field. With the 300mm you get to shoot downfield and upfield more, as opposed to cross field.
7D: 300mm f/2.8L IS, Monopod, Knee Position, Very minimal PP on a a couple of them.
