    Uploading images from hard drive

I used to be able to do this and now I can't.
Can someone please explain how to upload from my computer directly to this site? Not via Flickr.

I can get a thumbnail sized image there, but now I can't resize it. At one stage, all you had to do was double click the thumbnail after it loaded, but before you submitted the new thread. this doesn't seem to work anymore????

    I seek your assistance please.

Use the 'insert image' from the menu bar it is the third from the left on the quick reply screen.
    choose 'from computer'
    then find the file.

Thanks iND, I can do that, what i can't do now is resize it larger than the thumbnail. I used to be able to do this by double clicking on the image, before hitting the post quick reply button.
The method of changing the image size has changed.

Steve, I noticed that it can depend on the browser that you are using. I used to not get that option, now I do. There is also a basic editor and an advanced editor, I believe only the latter gives you that option. I also remember that there are some settings in your account preferences which editor you prefer

Just use Flickr. Mark it private, so it doesn't appear in your stream, but you can still place the BBCode here and it shows up.

How did you get that date stamp Steve? That could be the problem. You have to come back to the future to post your pictures of the past
