    Circular Polarizer, need it?

If I plan on doing wildlife, nature, and macro (flowers and insects) photography the most, will a circular polarizer be that beneficial? Or is this where it will help the most?

If you shoot anything in sunlight, you need a pola. For flash, indoor macro, etc., it will probably just sit in the bag.

For example, if you have lots of undesired reflections on a leaf that are drawing attention away from your subject, the polarizer can help reduce those reflections. If you are shooting an animal near or in water, the pola can help a lot there too.

Plus, there's just the sheer POP factor. Red cars with a polarized lens filter, lip smackin'!
