Quick question about 5D mark II

I just got my new 5D mark II. When I take photos , it gives a totally different click sound than my T1i, do you think something wrong with the piece, however the pics I took are excellent

The shutter sound is quite different. Nothing to worry about.

I could so see someone playing jingle bells using the different pitched shutter sounds.

You know.. if I knew very little about camera gear, that statement would be driving home a very different message indeed.

It sounds great in theory, until you have 400 shots of the same person in four poses, and you have to figure out which of the 1 pictures out of 100 identical pictures is best. Maybe I exaggerate a little, but not by much.

After owning the 1D IV for a while, I came across a function called single shot mode. It doesn't sound as cool, or make me feel as good, but it seemed to help my post processing time.

Yeah, the 5DII has something like that. I tried it, but I can't figure out what it does. As far as I can tell, it's the same as burst mode.

The 5DII's burst mode is great for shooting fast, erratically-moving action - you get more blurry shots to sort through. []
