If anyone is using the RRS pano/gimbal setup, you may have seen the LensCoat RRS PG Pouch. It's quite nice, a place for everything and everything in it's place:

The problem (as I found after ordering it) is that it's big - darn big. Here's what goes in it, an MPR-CL II rail (allows pano shooting with the gimbal head), the horizontal base, and the vertical arm):

Those items in the PG Pouch, rolled up, it's about 5" in diameter and close to 10" long - about the size of a 300/2.8 lens! The components are not small, but I figured there had to be a better way to transport them. Turns out there is... All three fit quite nicely in a Lowepro Lens Exchange 200 AW (sized for a 70-200/2.8 lens) - the internal flaps in the case keep the pieces from banging together, the case can be attached to a Lowepro pack/bag/belt with a Sliplock attachment, and the case costs less than half the LensCoat pouch.

Hope that helps anyone looking for a way to carry the RRS gimbal head...
