whoa....the eye is tack perfect Joel and the rest of the bird ain't too shabby either. BJs make for good photo ops....lovely bird, so-so personality. Although I have to admit....when they start to do their warning call....I start looking for a Cooper's and/or Red-tail hawks.
Just out of curiosity Joel...how many perches do you have in your set up? My songbird studio consists of 8.
I guess we're even....your backyard Pileateds are killing me. I have to drive for nearly an hour for some pix of them, fortunately the ABEs only take about 15 minute drive.

Bill.....you're really killin me with the Eagles....one of my favorite birds and also one I have not been able to get images of around here. I have been dreaming of going on one of the Alaska based photo workshops
