    Joel - You have been on fire lately. You have been posting a lot of great colorful birds. All posed really well, and you have cleaned up the backgrounds so well. Thank you for sharing them with us.

    I disagree.

    With your use of the word 'lately' that is...Joel has been 'on fire' consistently for a long time!

    This has to be the best place on the internet to go to for viewing beautiful bird photos! This page alone says it all ...very, very nice job Joel and John!! What I wouldn't give to attract that many types of birds to my backyard as you do, Joel! Wow!

    John those are terrific... I think I like the first one the best. I'm curious, how did you nail the exposure? Did you use a bit of compensation in-camera?
