    Dang I wish i had known you were up this way for that owl. The one I shot is only about 30 min west of where you were and is constantly baited so it's almost a guarantee that you will get close shots. It will still be there for another 2 or 3 weeks unless the weather gets really warm .So if you wanna come back just pm me , its only an hour from my place.

    Definitely signs of spring here this past weekend. Temps at least 20 degrees above normal had the song birds putting on quite a show.

    Those are really nice images....great light and detail....my yard is frequently in less than optimum light due to the orientation of the house and very tall trees that surround us. I look forward to bright overcast days

    I am so excited to have gotten a shot of this bird that I just had to share!! The European goldfinch is a rare beauty in SE Wisconsin but as of late, people have said that have seen approx. 30 at one spot!
