    I'm way out of my league, posting a shot in this extremely high-calibre thread, but I got a cute shot of a Clark's Nutcracker today, chomping on some snow. (Yes of course we still have snow... it's only May )

    Very cute action shot and nice exposure. Here's a cute one (I thought) from this winter of a chickadee eating insect cocoons off an oak leaf.

    Beautiful. One of my favorite birds. They pass through SE WI quickly and are sometimes hard to capture.

    M_Six, Drive down to Little Grand Canyon in SW Illinois. It is almost impossible not to see an Indigo this time of the year while driving on the backroad to the hiking trail parking lot.
