    New body.

    Just got my new-to-me 1DmkII.

    SWEET!

Prestine, can hardly tell it was ever used.
    Only 12,060 actuations!

Any good tips from current/previous owners?

    Background:
Shooting with a 20D for last 3 years.
Currently just playing around and shooting my son, will be doing some motorcycle racing shots starting in the spring.

How much did you pay for it?

Unit was complete with all manuals, cords, software, etc.
    12,000 ~ shots
    Spare battery
    Spotless condition

    $1100.

The shoulder strap hadn't even been hooked up, ever.
It was used as a studio camera, wonder if it ever left the tripod?

That's what I'm talking about!! Where do you shoot? I'm hoping to do some shooting at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham this Spring. Should be a round of the AMA Superbike series there near the beginning of the season.

    Nothing quite that high level.
I'll be doing the CCS Great Plains region.

Super excited.....and kinda scared, first time doing anything that will have a paycheck tied to my results.
