Re: Assignment 7: Slow it Down

Don't post much but wanted to share this one. It was taken on our first trip to Paris whenI was still shooting with my 20D and before my "L glass" fetish. It's taken from Plaza de Concorde looking back down the Champs Elysses. The Eiffel Tower can be seen in the background.

    Thoughts?

Canon Rebel XS with Kit lens @ f/3.5, 18mm, 5 sec, and ISO 800.

Have always wanted to redo this photo or something similar. Taken way back last March when I first started (D/SLR) photography.

Not my best or favorite long exposure shot, but it makes me chuckle the most.

Canon 7D, 17-55 2.8 at 23mm f/4. ISO 200. 8 second exposure. (Although I like to tell people this was shot at 1/1,000,000 of a second)

Shot in the dark, with a flashlight on the "Flash" to catch the motion trail.

Arizona desert at night, under a full moon. 13 seconds. High ISO, but I kind of like the effect of the noise. Makes it seem like an old sci-fi picture.
