    I've seen this one before. It's got some great tips and tricks. Havea look at the run down on how he got the shot of the young guy smashing the pumpkin with the baseball bat. From memory he had a bank of something like 20 580 Ex's set at 128th power. A few dollars there!

    They work with somewhat cheaper materials and smaller packages (like only 1 flash sometimes). Might be interesting as well.
