I took my camera to work today, and spent my lunch out at the lake. Nice and windy. So here a couple shots from today.

From this morning. Not as sharp as I would like, but with the long exposure and the heavy wind it was a little tough keeping my cheap tripod from vibrating.
7D, 24-105mm at 25mm, f/13, 30 sec, ISO 200, CP filter and GND filter
I went for a nice drive today from Canmore to Lake Louise, Alberta. It was only -16 C but it felt a lot worse... maybe I'm just not used to it yet!
This Clark's Nutcracker landed on my mirror in the parking lot at Lake Louise. It even stayed put as I rolled down the window and leaned out. Normally I don't get to use a wide angle lens for birding...
Also came across this handsome coyote looking both ways before crossing the street
