Interiors St. John the Baptist Cathedral Savannah, GA

Thanks! The angle of the sun was cooperative.

Here are a couple of interior shots. Was traveling light with the SL1; ISO had to go rather high for that camera.

Nice. I love my SL1 rig. Just picked up the EF-S 10-18mm for it.

Got to spend a long weekend in Seattle. Among the stops was Ballard Locks. They have a great fish ladder viewing area where you can often see large salmon moving from Puget Sound into Lake Washington and upstream to spawn. No such luck on my stop, but a few small trout (smolts?) where hanging around.

Did a whale watch through the New England Aquarium last weekend. Two of my favorite shots:

Both 5DIII with the Sigma 150-600S

    150 mm, 1/800, f/8, ISO 400

440 mm, 1/1600 (the boat was all over the place), f/8, ISO 400

    Canyon with Eagle

I am slowly learning more about post processing. I redid this shot from vacation last autumn.

Vulture, not eagle, from people who know birds!
