I would say that there are 2 ladders on either side of the bed...with a support in between, give Takahiro this perspective ...possibly he was lying down while taking this shot....

but what I like is the lighting...did a very good job of not blowing any highlights, with this much white...great job

    Haha everyone's fairly close []

Actually I wasn't up there at all. I used a heavy duty boom arm typically used for my monolights. The screw on the end is the standard size so it screws onto the bottom of the camera. The boom was raised with the camera leveled pretty much against the ceiling, and it was triggered with the remote!

I'm thinking of continuing this angle for a while, except the next one wont be over a nice soft bed....I'm thinking over the pool...Where's that thread talking about insurance!? []

Not sure this is a unique perspective or not but I'm quite sure I've never thought to photograph it.

My submission. saved to flickr without exif data. I take so many pictures I can't remember what camera and lens where the original image is buried in one of my HDs. Image was taken at the Governors Mansion in Little Rock. Covering a high society party there were I snuck off and went exploring. Later was rounded up by secret service and escorted back.

Most likely 40D and the 16-35II lens

The State Capitol Rotunda area in Little Rock, AR. Two images stitched together. 5D2 and the 15mm fisheye lens. This building has such a unique ceiling where its awesome to look up where everything ground up is white marble.
