They are not planes they are shooting stars. How can you delete three falling meteors caught in one image:-)
Unsharp mask on the highest setting, dang, you're right!

That is beautful william. Well done.
Words get in the way of what I meant to say.
Now that is cool, William!

Great shots so far! I just want to point out that this is the last week of submissing photo's. If you haven't tried yet, do so []
Statistics: The .zip file with the RAW file in it has been downloaded 84 times so far. Perhaps we can enjoy some more edits this week [A]
I know I tried, but I didn't really succeed [A]
Hi, this was an interesting assignment - fascinating how the exact same original can be interpreted quite differently. I have a favorite among some great contributions so far, but I won't tell which one yet.
My idea was to make a photorealistic interpretation rather that something artistic. It worked out OK but the finished image still didn't really appeal to me. After a while I found out that I like this image much better in black & white, so I did some BW tweaking that ended up in a result I like.

OK William, now that the shooting stars more obvious I love them!
Obviously taken during the Leonid meteor shower or some equally rare astronomical event.
