    Re: First DSLR Outing!

Thanks Fast Glass! This is the first camera I have ever owned, unless you count cell phone cameras :P. I think all of the reading I did before getting the camera is helping me out quite a bit... (although its not like my keeper ratio is too high)

@JJphoto - Thanks, I really appreciate it! I have been using Picasa and I have been able to get all of the information about the shot there. I just uploaded some of the pictures I have taken so far to my web-album on Google, here is a link...

(To see the information, just click the image, click actions in the bottom right, then select "photo details")

The above shots information (for my post on the 9th of September):

    Shot # 1: Nikon D5100, 18-55mm VR, 1/100, f/5.6, FL 46 mm, ISO 160, handheld

    Shot # 2: Nikon D5100, 18-55mm VR, 1/125, f/5.6, FL 34mm, ISO 125, handheld

    Shot # 3: Nikon D5100, 18-55mm VR, 1/250, f/5.6, FL 55mm, ISO 200, handheld

    Shot# 4: Nikon D5100, 18-55mm VR, 1/250, f/5.6, FL 55mm, ISO 200, tri-pod

WB was set to cloudy for all of the shots.
