    Excellent article. I love the data that Roger provides--always informative, with an easy-to-read writing style.

    It is truly good stuff. For me, Roger's blog is a must read.


    Nick, you may want to also look at the "Roger&rsquo;s Take" section on most rental pages.He really sums it up in a easy, funny everyman sort-of way.
