rslhc - The reflection is lined up really well... it really adds a lot to it.

From inside a dark cathedral, the sun was shining on the "glass."

    Congratulations to all finalists!
The poll is now open for 3 days. (it's on top of the thread)

    Good luck!

    Off topic a little:

Funny you said that Dr Croubie. Leiden is on the other end of the Netherlands, about 2,5 hours from where I live, but I know the pubMe and my friends go there once a year to drink some beer and whisky. I definitely tried the Hob Goblin, good stuff. When I'm in Leiden I also like Old Speckled Hen

You do that Stephen. I'm not sure how much Hertog Jan is exporting though.

Good taste Damian! I like Springbank a lot and the 15 yr old Glenn Fiddisch Solera is quite nice I think.

I didn't intend that my entry would turn this thread into the whisky appreciation society, but I have to agree that you both have impeccable taste. I sampled the Solera and others when I visited the Glenfiddich distillery earlier this year. You have tempted me to open my 14 year-old Glenfiddich Rich Oak and raise a glass to the finalists in this assignment. Well done folks.
