Ohhh, Highland Park is one of my favorites. My Dad and I both love settling down with a glass of Scotch when we see eachother. His favorite is Talisker, mine, Lagavulin. Mmmmm. Great shot by the way!

Good taste Damian! I like Springbank a lot and the 15 yr old Glenn Fiddisch Solera is quite nice I think.

I didn't intend that my entry would turn this thread into the whisky appreciation society, but I have to agree that you both have impeccable taste. I sampled the Solera and others when I visited the Glenfiddich distillery earlier this year. You have tempted me to open my 14 year-old Glenfiddich Rich Oak and raise a glass to the finalists in this assignment. Well done folks.
