    Now that the voting has officially closed, I'd like to thank everybody for the kind words and your votes. I guess the image really shows that we live in a "world of love" and that you can witness love wherever you travel. I'm really lucky to have had the opportunity to visit Antarctica and see an Emperor Penguin colony just a few weeks after the chicks hatched. I'm thrilled that you appreciate the results.

    I feel a bit guilty about the number of votes I received because the other entries were also great shots and I don't think the final result is a fair reflection of their relative merits. Well done to all who entered.

    I'm already thinking of the next assignment.
