still, I am considering carrying my camera bag on top of my laptop bag on my bicycle and train, and the of course I will also pull this handle to get a better shot:

I'd like to make a joke about the wording of that warning, but am very aware that this is a family friendly site.

I've carried my 60D w/ 35mm f/2.0 in my work laptop bag a couple of times, and so far it's rained every time... it's not the greatest street lens anyway, the focus is a bit slow.

Arnt reminded me of this thread on G+ and recommended I posted the shot he commented on, so here it is.

Taken in Wolverhampton last Monday as a few of us killed some time before going to meet Bruce Gilden at his exhibit and talk at The Lighthouse.

I'd post some more, but I'm so bad at picking the best, so instead, here's the album on Google+. You won't need to be a member to view it.

Darren, post the one with the guy in the coat and his reflection in the window please ... :-) Street doesn't have to be black and white

Guys, you really should check out Darren's stuff, just follow his link.

I quite like that aspect of Street Photography. There's always a story or something to talk about. Anyone's welcome to comment and say what they think is going on.

Joined a Street Photography Workshop in Birmingham on Saturday which involved a wander around the town. There's lots of Jubilee stuff going on and even more going on for LGBT Pride, so there were lots of people about.

    Here are my favourite shots:
