Ohh How much I love B&H!

B&H is awesome! It's 1:45am right now in CA and I just have to post this to tell you guys how much I love B&H and how great their pricing is!

I'm currently looking to buy a new laptop as my current one is getting very old. I was looking at the HP Envy 15-3040NR, so I went on HP website to customize it, the total prize came out to be $1635.01 tax included. It would take HP until May 1 to ship the laptop and another 5-8 days for it to arrive at my door. Then I went on B&H, the same laptop with the same specs was $1194, another great thing about purchasing from B&H is no tax. I also got free shipping and same day shipping for the laptop. If I pay another $40 for UPS 2-day shipping, I'd get it on Tuesday. So by purchasing from B&H I saved $401.01 and I'd get my laptop in 4 days! Gotta love B&H!

PS Please no comment on my choice of laptop or its price or what the specs are. I use this thread to give some goods words for B&H.

    Nate

I love B+H, they charge $300 for a tripod that would cost me $600 in the shops here in Aus. Even including the high price of shipping from the US, I got $900 worth of gear that would probably have cost over $1500 locally.
That, if you could actually get Arca-Swiss brackets and whatnot, noone down under seems to have even heard of them.

Anyone want to try convince the B+H owners to set up a local Aussie branch?
An awful lot of electrons were terribly inconvenienced in the making of this post.

Or maybe an "Abe's of Melbourne?"
