Me and my girlfriend where camping in the northern part of the country last weekend and I wanted to get back with something for the assignment. One day we drove by this immensely huge windmill park. For some annoying reason I just couldn't get a good composition. Hate it when that happens Anyway the best thing I like about this shot is the original wooden windmill that was also still being used standing between all these big new mills.

I really like doing HDR photos. The next one I took last may in Luxembourg. It's a HDR of 51 merged photos. 17 compositions with 3 exposures each. This was my first succes in a HDR panorama. Oh yea, that white house in the pointy part of the land is my dreamhouse

For everyone else: after today the entry-period is done! For last minute entries, grab your chance now

Nice pano, Jan. Are all the images lined up left to right or is it multiple rows of images?

Thaks Mark, the images are lined up from left to right. I shot them in portrait orientation though.

Now this is also the announcement that the entry-period is over! Stephen will now be busy judging all the entries. Good luck everyone

Aww...looks like I missed it. Just for fun and out of the competition, I present these two birds (bigger version on the clickthrough).

I'll include another angle of the eye sculpture, that I was standing in front of with a toy gun above.

OK, that's freaky. When you said it was a sculpture, I assumed that it was a statue with a gun, and photoshopped eyes into the background, not the other way around...
An awful lot of electrons were terribly inconvenienced in the making of this post.
