    2014 Image of the Week #11

    This entry period for Week 10 will be from Monday March 10th through/including Sunday March 16th.

    Only two categories of images will be judged:



    1. Portraits -- Anything with eyes; people or animals
    2. Landscape -- Country, town, city, sea, abstract, things (water drops, smoke, flowers, candles, and so on)



    Each category will have a single winner each week. This week will be judged by DavidEccleston.

    Please supply a title for your image and which category it is entering. Enter as many times as you would like, old or new images.

    Alright, as Sunday is just about over, and as I have a busy Monday, I'm calling this the end of this week's entries.

    Portrait: It was very close between Poik's "Staring at the sun", and conropl's "Daughter as 20 below", but when I dug deeper (viewing large sized versions), it had to go to Poik. Sorry conropl, the fabric on her nose is just too attention grabbing, being front and center, brightly colored, and unfortunately OOF.

    Landscape: Jonathan's "Sunrise on Mount Lawrence", takes the prize.
