There's a bunch of rebates on PIXMA-PRO printers in Canada.

Canon's set are all the dreaded mail-in type rebates, but they've atleast of a decent value, and are going on until April (valid on sales Feb 13-Apr 23, must be mailed in by May 24 (and arrive by Jun 23)), and cover the entire PIXMA PRO line.

PIXMA-PRO 1 and 10, eligible for $250 for printer only, $300 w/ Digital Camera, $350 w/ DSLR (form allows for cameras to be Canon, Nikon, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Pentax, or Other).

PIXMA-PRO 100 is $100 less, at $150, $200, $250.

Purchase must be from an authorized dealer.

Canon eStore is currently offering free shipping too, which is a decent savings on a 40lbs box.

Meanwhile FutureShop and BestBuy are having their own $200 rebate on PIXMA PRO 100 ($299), until the Feb 26th. It looks to be instant, and they're also offering free shipping.

These might be an inventory clearing attempt, as Canon Australia leaked the existence of new printer models, the 100s and 10s, but didn't say what was new about them. Comparing the 100 vs. 100s specs on Canon UK's site, the 100s drops a few paper types, and uses slightly more ink, and the CD/DVD print tray is now marketed as CD/DVD/Blu-ray, though I'd be surprised if the existing models refused Blu-rays.
