    "Hummingbird and Lady Bug"

    Done in the usual way with 4 Canon speed lights each set to 1/16 power and synched with pocket wizards. This results in a very short flash duration around 1/15000 sec. Set the camera so the exposure allows no ambient light and you're ready to go. All the sensor will see is the very brief pulse of light from the flashes thus "freezing" high speed events. Getting the bug too was pure luck

    Thank you...I was extremely lucky to accidentally catch the lady bug in flight with the bird.
