    Some very cool images this week. Shames me that I haven't been out shooting (except for work) in months.

    Sambisu almost stole the show at the last minute with his avocado kid pic, but I'm still going to go with Joel's two bird portraits. Can we call it a tie between Joel's two birds? I just think the planning and execution of the lighting setup for those shots was impressive. I love the black backgrounds.

    Well done, Joel. Both are gallery worthy images.

    If you want a tie breaker vote for the bird portraits, my vote would be the first one. Both are excellent, but if I were purchasing a print of only one, it would be that.
