I always have a twinge of regret when accepting a request to judge one of these, because I know it will be a difficult decision...and this week is no exception.

But as always, it's like Connor MacLeod said. This week, it's Karsaa's "Foggy" – wonderful mood and I like how it almost looks like two images with the clean edge of the falls.
