    2018 - Image of the Week #15

Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images to compete for the title of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly and in an annual poll for the title of "TDP Image of the Year."

    • The Week 15 entry period will be from Monday April 9th through/including Sunday April 15th.
    • Please supply a title for your image.
    • This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro and any other appropriate photographic style.
    • Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
    • Enter as many times as you would like.

This week will be judged by TBD.

    Suprise auroras

Have to add 2nd image for this week. Went to shoot milky way but had an suprise aurora show also. This is little experiment with LR's HDR tool. Added 20 images together with it, resulting nice amount of aurora rays combined and some milky way also peeking behind tree.

Kayaker asked me to be TBD this time and I like the Surprise Auroras. I really like the composition, leading lines, etc and the subject matter isn't bad either.

    Congrats.

Ty very much. My favorite place to take pictures gives so much more now again when having the water flowing free from ice.
