Does anyone else find that their interest in new gear releases are greatly reduced?

I'm currently using:

Cameras - 6D bought new in 2013, 6D hand me down 2018, 80D bought new 2018
Lenses - 16-35 f/4 bought refurb ~ 2015, 24-105 f/4 bought used ~ 2014, 100 macro bought new ~ 2014, 100-400 II bought new 2018

My lack of interest basically come down to lack of new releases in the EF system and wondering what on the market would actually be any better than what I'm currently using.

Cameras - The 6D is very long in the tooth and I'd be open to replacing it. However, would the 6D2 actually be any better? If it were I'd have no trouble paying $1200. This appears to be the end of the line for the 6D series with a mirror or at a minimum there will be a long wait for 6D3. The 5D4 would be an upgrade, but at $2700 is very expensive and I'd have a tough time justifying it. The 80D is a quite good bald eagle photo camera and I'm very happy with it.

Lenses - I consider the 16-35 f/4 and 100-400 II to be best in class. I'm very happy with them. I'm not sure if the 100 macro is best in class or not, but is quite good and I have no complaints. The 24-105 f/4 is a middle of the road lens, but I use it all the time and it is "good enough". I don't think the 24-70 f/4 or 24-105 II are either noticeably better. The 24-70 II I'm sure is better, but I'd give up 71-105 and IS and it costs $1600. I'd be willing to spend that for the right lens, but given the concessions it does not appear worth it.

So, there you go. I think I'm basically maxed out with no new releases in sight that would be tempting. It is a weird place to be.

Canon mirrorless does not interest me at all. I have too much money in my current system. I don't want to take a beating selling my stuff on the used market for $0.50 on the dollar to build an RF kit or use all my Canon stuff with an adapter on a Canon camera!

Maybe the Sony A7R2 to use with my current kit as as specialist landscape camera for 42 MP and malleable files would be an option? This has obvious drawbacks as well.
