    2019 - Image of the Week: #40

Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images for the titles of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly, and, finally, in our annual poll for the title of "TDP Forum Image of the Year."

    • The Week 40 entry period will be from September 30th through/including Sunday, October 6th.
    • Please supply a title for your images.
    • This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro, or any other appropriate photographic style.
    • Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
    • Enter as many times as you would like.

This week will be judged by TBD.

This guy decided to pose for a minute or two. It was hard getting the red out because of the deck umbrella, but think it turned out pretty well.

It's rutting season and the elk are doing their best to attract the ladies. I saw this guy this morning, singing loudly all to himself. Maybe he needs lessons?

Sorry for being radio silent. I have been traveling and "work" kept getting in the way. I had reached out to several members to judge, but haven't heard back, so I thought I'd step in this very buggy week.

Despite the great amazing insect photos, I am going with Joel's "Yellowstone Falls in the Blue Hour" is an exceptionally tight race over Jayson's first bug (which is awesome on its own).

Congrats Joel....and now hopefully I can find a judge for Week 41.....
