    Right back at you! Love that osprey shot. You nailed the shutter speed, and I'm guessing the R5 autofocus gets the assist

    Ha....yes...two assists were needed for that shot: 1) the R5 and Eye-AF; and, 2) taking advantage of the eye-AF, Mike (Busted Knuckles) had a hot shoe mounted gunsight. So, basically, I was putting the green dot on the bird, able to watch the whole scene making it easier to track movements and depend on the eye-AF to do its job. It did miss...but it is surprising how well it worked, including that shot.
